Eurowindow Holding invests into Europe Village and Trading Centre in Quoc Oai, Ha Tay.

On 14 February 2008, People’s Committee of Ha Tay province provided Decision No. 319/QVND-UBND for T&M Investment Joint Stock Company belonging Eurowindow Holding to build ecological urban area called Europe Village and Trading Centre in Nam Quoc Oai Urban area, km 16, Lang-Hoa Lac Highway.

Europe Village and Trading Centre in Quoc Oai project will be built in the area of 32,24ha and the total capital of 1.200 billion VND. It is located at Km 16, Lang-Hoa Lac Highway, bordered with Dong Hoang Xa Monument Area.

Ecological urban area and Quoc Oai Trading Centre project is a general urban area called “Europe Village”, including: advanced villas, villas with gardens in the architectural style of Europe, trading centre with more than 20 floors, landscape, green trees, transport roads and car-parking.
This project will be undertaken in the third quarter to 2008 and put in use in the fourth quarter of 2011.
