Signing a contract leasing VICENTRA (Vinh City, Nghe An)
On 03 February 2008, VICENTRA of Eurowindow Holding signed a contract with the biggest Retail Group of France for leasing the whole VICENTRA, including 4 floors with the total area of 17.600m2.
VICENTRA Trading centre, offices for lease and advanced departments consist of 20 floors, in which the first four floors are trading centre, the next five floors are offices for lease and the last ten floors are advanced departments for sales/lease at No.2, Quang Trung Street, Vinh City. Has been undertaken from 20 October 2007, Vicentra now are being built and will finished at the third quarter of 2009.
Under the contract’s conditions, the whole VICENTRA will be handed over after 20 months.
